Round table discussion about ecotourism

Linked with the Salt Way program we organized after the walking trip a round table discussion. At the event we invited local associations, NGOs, people involved in tourism and local citizens. Firstly, we showed the “Mysteries of water” documentary, which reflects on the water problems in the region what can influence the touristic activities. At the discussion the participants agreed that until a touristic network is not created it’s really hard to proceed and to increase significantly the quality of services and the number of visitors. In the future this should be the most important thing, to have a common agreement, cooperation between the parts, and to strengthen and promote the local traditions and values.
